Stripe’s tenant improvement included full demolition and conversion of 1890’s vintage South of Market factory space to a dot.com user with high-end finishes. We installed sound-absorbing acoustical features, a full-service catering kitchen as well as a dining room for 100 people and an outdoor patio with garden.
