Peacock was selected as the design-build contractor to perform a transformational renovation of an existing commercial building into a Medical Office Building for Stanford Health Care. The project includes: 42 exam rooms, waiting areas, phlebotomy lab, imaging department, conference rooms and staff lounge. The building is situated in a beautifully landscaped setting. The project was completed 1 month ahead of schedule and at the Target Budget.
