Project included full demolition and conversion of a 1890s vintage South-of-Market factory space to a user with high-end finishes. We installed sound-absorbing acoustical features, a full-service catering kitchen as well as a dining room for 100 people and an outdoor patio with garden. The interior also included seismic upgrades and the installation of an interior steel staircase from the first to third floor. The HVAC mechanical system required the addition of two 20-ton chiller units on the roof with reciprocal distribution through the three floors.
