Our Company

Numbers speak volumes and ours tell a compelling story of long-standing excellence and lasting partnerships. Peacock Construction was founded in the East Bay 35 years ago by a union carpenter, construction manager and developer adamant about craftsmanship and integrity—Bill Peacock.

We opened our San Francisco office in 1990 and quickly became known not only for our work in tenant and capital improvements, but also for our expertise in healthcare facilities, a highly technical area with strict operating guidelines.

In 2012, Bill's son Kyle took over as CEO after years of careful transition planning, and in 2013 Bill retired, confident that Peacock Construction would continue to thrive.

Today, Peacock Construction's more than 60 employees serve clients in the field and from our East Bay and San Francisco offices. We're recognized as one of the Bay Area's most experienced construction companies and throughout the years, our founding values have always been our compass.

We're proud of our growth and even prouder that more than 90% of our annual business is repeat. Our clients return to us, knowing we'll always act in their best interest, treat them fairly and provide the highest quality construction.
